Complete the , which asks for:
- Contact information for a Parish Contact who will keep in touch with the CMP team.
- The Pastor's name and email address (don't worry, we won't contact him unless he opts in).
- Parish information (so we can send resources).
- Three commitment statements, including confirmation that the pastor is on board.
That's it! You'll receive a welcome communication with login info and further details.
The resources! Beyond the free templates, guides, and interactive media on our public website, we gift partners:
- 12 copies of Karen Kiefer's Drawing God, Growing God, and The Misfit Sock听children's books, with stickers, seeds, socks, and more.
- The听Breakfast with God program, including a series of 12 thirty-minute video episodes听and accompanying guides to help families have fun exploring the Gospel together.听
- Personal support听using these resources alongside your programming to help create life-giving experiences for your unique parish community. We can offer frameworks for scaling the resources to serve different age groups, ideas for events and projects, and more.
- A regional community of fellow faith formation leaders, with virtual and in-person training and events to accompany each other in this work.
- A small听stipend听in gratitude for the time and energy you commit to fostering children's faith imagination. We offer this stipend to the Parish Contact, the individual your leadership deems best able to help share these resources with the community and provide feedback to our CMP team.听
- Opportunity to share your needs. As we continue to create resources, we want to hear from you听about which activities, projects, events, and materials will truly meet the needs of the children and families you serve.
- Virtual and in-person CMP community events such as regional parish leader events, trainings, workshops, and a culminating conference at Boston College in 2028.
We simply ask that you听commit to using the resources in whatever way works best for your community. Your designated Parish Contact听will听continue to听communicate with the CMP team and share:
- Feedback on how our resources are working or not working for you; what do your children, families, and ministers want and need? What can we create that will help make faith formation simpler, richer, and more joyful? We'll ask for feedback through periodic check-ins and occasional brief surveys.
- Stories鈥攓uotes, photos, and videos, to share with the CMP community (nothing will be shared without your permission!). We want to celebrate you! Your good news will inspire our broader Catholic family.
The partnership should be a blessing, not a burden. We share free resources, and we ask that you:
- Designate a Parish Contact who will stay in touch
- Communicate with your pastor and fellow leaders
- Share the resources with your community
- Provide feedback

None at all! The generosity of the Lilly Endowment allows us to create and share resources at no cost to parishes.

Your Parish Contact can be a parent looking to get more involved, an existing catechist or faith formation leader, or another individual who is invested in helping your parish nurture children's faith.听Their primary role will be to distribute resources to the parish, share stories and media, and continue an open conversation with the CMP team.听This should be someone听other听than your pastor.
听
The Children's Ministry Partnership should be simple and supportive, not stressful. The commitment for the Parish Contact is as simple as:
- Communicate with your pastor and other leaders about the CMP
- Complete the Partner Promise Form
- Share resources with parents, catechists, guardians, and teachers
- Support community members in incorporating CMP resources in whatever way best serves the parish, the classroom, and the home听
- Provide feedback via periodic check-ins with the CMP staff
