Billing

Resolve your student account (if applicable).

All student account balances from summer and fall must be resolved by November 1 in order to register for spring classes. Unresolved financial aid issues, such as missing documents or IRS tax transcripts, will prohibit registration. All summer and fall balances must be paid in full in order to be cleared for spring study abroad programs. You can review and pay student accounts in the  ("My Bill"). (Students may also grant access to a parent or other third party by selecting the "Authorize Payers" link within My Bill.) If you still have items listed in the credits pending section of your current bill, please contact Student Services to see if there are any actions needed on your part to get the funds posted to your account prior to November 1.

Please also note that spring semester charges will be added to your account on approximately October 28. These charges will not be due until December 10 (for Undergrad and Law) and January 15 (for Woods and Grad students). However, any unpaid balance prior to these charges being applied to your account will result in a registration hold.

Mark the spring bill due date on your calendars.

Students will receive an email from Student Services to their ×ÔοÊÓƵ email address with their tuition and fees bill for the spring semester in early November. Undergraduates and law students will receive the bill on November 3, and graduate and Woods College students will receive the bill on November 14.
